Our company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attending meetings with newspaper and broadcast journalists;
- Establish yourself as a key go to Display contact for and planning teams;
- Monthly reconciliations and wider financial tasks;
- Acting as a point of contact for specified clients, handling enquiries or deferring to more senior colleagues as appropriate;
- Begin to identify opportunities to grow the business within specified accounts;
- Travel when necessary to meet potential customers – must be willing to be on the road often;
- Be the first point of escalation in customer complaints;
- Attend a variety of customer and client meetings;
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the use of the Brightcove platform;

- Meet or exceed sales goals each quarter;
- Scheduling internal resources;
- Coordinating successful delivery of customer campaigns;
- Develop strong and long-term client and customer relationships;
- Support and manage a small team and monitor workflow.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
- First-hand involvement in a premium hospitality and guest programme;

- Ideally experience working across a range of deliverables including medical education, publication planning and medical affairs consultancy;
- Over a years” experience working in a med comms agency;
- 2:1 or above from a Russell-group (or thereabouts) university, ideally in a humanities-based subject;

- PR;
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, managing information and coordinating;
- Great time management and meeting deadlines;
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing agency or client service role;
- Experience of working at AE or SAE level in a comparable med comms agency;
- Pipeline management – Our sales process is dynamic and fast. You are geared to close sales every day;
- 1+ year experience working as an Account Executive in communications or PR.
