Our company is looking for a Senior Programme Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Project Master schedule- plan and establish the project scheduling, action plan and tracking;
- Manage, develop and support the Programme Manager;
- Support the Programme Director in the development of the programme strategy;
- Project Quality Management – Ensuring the NPDS gateways/milestones are followed and deliverable requirements are met;
- Project Investment/budget – Establish Project investment plan and control;
- Lead on the management of the Sloan Career & Professional Development course;
- Work collaboratively with faculty, careers department and administrative departments in the day to day delivery of the programme;
- Provide tailored and appropriate support to students;
- Provide innovative ideas to improve the student experience;
- Project Risk Management report – Establish and conduct risk assessment plan, tracking and control / mitigation.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or related qualification or industry experience;
- Matrix management within and across a dynamic organisation, and beyond, including third parties and contractors;
- Business case development;
- Proven leadership experience, managing multiple projects from concept to delivery with Whole Vehicle experience;
- Project, commercial or business management qualifications;
- Degree qualified in a related Engineering or Technical Discipline;
- Performance driven and able to motivate self and teams and create a strong delivery culture;
- Willing to work flexibly with occasional out of hours work to accommodate project & client requirements;
- Identification and delivery of client-related and internal productivity improvements;
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills;
- Highly organised, strong communicator, excellent in a team-environment;
- Programme and project management across a complex and rapidly moving business environment;
- Strong experience in Vehicle and/or powertrain engineering, with exposure to Financial and Product Marketing;
- Financial management;
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
