Customer Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver actionable insight by performing analytics to measure, interpret and predict business trends;
- Carry out deep-dive analysis to predictive customer behaviour;
- Perform additional ad-hoc analysis;
- Work with teams across the business to deliver best in class insight whilst demonstrating and analytical approach and understanding of the customer.
Requirements:
- Proven experience using a variety of databases and statistical software- SQL is required and Python, SAS or R are preferred;
- Experienced user of SQL and knowledgeable in SAS/Python;
- Looking for a min 2:1 university degree in a Mathematics or Statistics;
- Be an expert in navigating large data sets;
- Be confident and a strong communicator with experience in reporting back findings to a range of stakeholders;
- Retail or Campaign background;
- Being educated to degree level or higher in a numerate subject is beneficial;
- Have proven success in using complex and simple statistical techniques to deliver commercial benefit to a business.
