Our company is looking for a Customer Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver actionable insight by performing analytics to measure, interpret and predict business trends;
  • Carry out deep-dive analysis to predictive customer behaviour;
  • Perform additional ad-hoc analysis;
  • Work with teams across the business to deliver best in class insight whilst demonstrating and analytical approach and understanding of the customer.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience using a variety of databases and statistical software- SQL is required and Python, SAS or R are preferred;
  • Experienced user of SQL and knowledgeable in SAS/Python;
  • Looking for a min 2:1 university degree in a Mathematics or Statistics;
  • Be an expert in navigating large data sets;
  • Be confident and a strong communicator with experience in reporting back findings to a range of stakeholders;
  • Retail or Campaign background;
  • Being educated to degree level or higher in a numerate subject is beneficial;
  • Have proven success in using complex and simple statistical techniques to deliver commercial benefit to a business.
