Our company is looking for a Senior Customer Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Building informative data visualisations to inform key business decisions;
  • Looking at churn rate and carrying out audience segmentation to derive useful insights;
  • Being a go-to for analytical problems and being able to propose the best solution;
  • Building models and delivering insight using SQL and Python and understanding business requirements;
  • Carrying out analysis of customer behaviour;
  • Working on projects such as analysing customer lifetime value;
  • Be able to translate data and speak to non-technical people about your decisions and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Good experience using analytics software such as Python;
  • Strong knowledge of SQL to query, transforms and cleanse data from various databases;
  • Experience in interpreting data and analysis results to create insights;
  • Experience with different data data bases such as AWS, Hadoop, Teradata;
  • Min 2:1 university degree in ideally Maths or Statistics;
  • Comfortable engaging and presenting to stakeholders;
  • Customer behaviour and insight experience;
  • Proficient in SQL;
  • Strong customer analytics experience;
  • SQL – Qlikview also desirable.
