Senior Customer Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Customer Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Building informative data visualisations to inform key business decisions;
- Looking at churn rate and carrying out audience segmentation to derive useful insights;
- Being a go-to for analytical problems and being able to propose the best solution;
- Building models and delivering insight using SQL and Python and understanding business requirements;
- Carrying out analysis of customer behaviour;
- Working on projects such as analysing customer lifetime value;
- Be able to translate data and speak to non-technical people about your decisions and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Good experience using analytics software such as Python;
- Strong knowledge of SQL to query, transforms and cleanse data from various databases;
- Experience in interpreting data and analysis results to create insights;
- Experience with different data data bases such as AWS, Hadoop, Teradata;
- Min 2:1 university degree in ideally Maths or Statistics;
- Comfortable engaging and presenting to stakeholders;
- Customer behaviour and insight experience;
- Proficient in SQL;
- Strong customer analytics experience;
- SQL – Qlikview also desirable.
