Our company is looking for a Finance Business Partner – Marketing to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring costs are delivering value to the business;
  • Develop close and trusted working relationships with Directors and Heads providing support for decision making;
  • Establishing dedicated Commercial Finance support for Marketing and Customer Insight;
  • Collaborating with customer / CRM teams, and providing insight and analysis that influences decisions;
  • Developing a detailed knowledge of Marketing costs and performance, using this to influence decisions to increase profit;
  • Delivering analysis and business cases for investments and make recommendations;
  • Alongside commercial teams, establish Dashboard / KPI / reporting to drive commercial performance;
  • Alongside Director and Heads, agreeing an annual budget and update periodic forecasts – challenge assumptions, variances, and influence efficiencies;
  • Well controlled costs ensuring no surprises.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of data makeup and adapting between different data sources;
  • Google Analytics and Google Cloud Platform experience;
  • Ability to explain complex data to all stakeholders;
  • Must have experience in working within E-commerce;
  • Display Commercial awareness;
  • Proven Advanced Excel and analytical skills;
  • Carry out testing and monitoring between website, marketing channels and analytics platforms;
  • Support Commericial decisions by providing insightful analysis;
  • Provide analysis into the effect of product categories and price points throughout a customer lifecycle;
  • Identify and monitor the returns and success of marketing investments;
