Finance Data Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Finance Data Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Development of new data collection analytics;
- Partnering with senior finance individuals to provide improved decision-making tools;
- Maintaining dashboards and KPIs;
- Provision of accurate and meaningful reports and analysis;
- Making regular payments for different contracts which are on a variety of payment terms;
- The procedure paying organisations across the country recharges for services and linking payment to backing data;
- Daily Management of relevant Branch Sales Performance information within the company;
- Delivering weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual branch performance reporting;
- Working together with each Branch to provide Weekly & Monthly Retail, Dealer Stock & Wholesale forecasting;
- Responsible for the coordination and reporting of MC Sales, Stock and Market activity for the region;
- Weekly management of relevant country sales performance information within the company;
- Ensure good communication of sales & supply information is discussed with Branches;
- Focus on sales mix, campaign planning and sales promotion of new motorcycles within the Region;
- Responsible for the collection of data and preparation of the monthly Seihan (Sales and Operations Planning) presentation;
- Monitoring of competitor activity in relevant markets.
Requirements:
- Understanding of business finance;
- Good negotiation and communication skills;
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills;
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills;
- Very good numerical and logical analytic skills with a high level of accuracy;
- A good decision maker even under tight deadlines and pressure;
- Experience on demand & supply planning, procurement, production & logistics processes;
- Ability to work individually or in a team environment;
- Action orientated with the ability to consistently deliver results;
- Degree in engineering, science or economics or equivalent.
