Our company is looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Speaking with customers through mediums of telephone, email and web;
- Taking orders and payments over the phone;
- Working well within a small contact centre team and supporting the rest of the team;
- Representing the company by understanding and providing correct information;
- Providing customer service over the phone, face-to-face, and via email;
- Act as day to day contact for operational equivalents at third party providers to resolve member queries relating to service claims;
- Attending and participating in relevant meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required;
- General administration;
- Liaising with internal departments and answering first line queries;
- Liaising with customers over telephone and email;
- Advising on specific requirements;
- Support engineers with on the day system transactions and equipment changes;
- Focusing on the highest levels of customer care at all times;
- Insure customers are kept up to date on progress;
- Build rapport with customers to resolve service issues and queries and deliver outstanding service to customers.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills and ability to communicate at all level;
- Clean driving licence;
- Organised and able to manage own workload;
- Outstanding customer service experience;
- Computer Literate;
- Proven administrative background and problem solving skills;
- Knowledge of the hair and beauty industry is preferred, but not essential;
- GCSE Grade C English and Maths, or equivalent;
- Experience of working in a Customer Service department, with strong IT skills.
