Our company is looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Speaking with customers through mediums of telephone, email and web;
  • Taking orders and payments over the phone;
  • Working well within a small contact centre team and supporting the rest of the team;
  • Representing the company by understanding and providing correct information;
  • Providing customer service over the phone, face-to-face, and via email;
  • Act as day to day contact for operational equivalents at third party providers to resolve member queries relating to service claims;
  • Attending and participating in relevant meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required;
  • General administration;
  • Liaising with internal departments and answering first line queries;
  • Liaising with customers over telephone and email;
  • Advising on specific requirements;
  • Support engineers with on the day system transactions and equipment changes;
  • Focusing on the highest levels of customer care at all times;
  • Insure customers are kept up to date on progress;
  • Build rapport with customers to resolve service issues and queries and deliver outstanding service to customers.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills and ability to communicate at all level;
  • Clean driving licence;
  • Organised and able to manage own workload;
  • Outstanding customer service experience;
  • Computer Literate;
  • Proven administrative background and problem solving skills;
  • Knowledge of the hair and beauty industry is preferred, but not essential;
  • GCSE Grade C English and Maths, or equivalent;
  • Experience of working in a Customer Service department, with strong IT skills.
