Our company is looking for a Spanish & German speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level technical support;
  • Manage live Chat requests to the customer’s satisfaction, respond to comments from the social media;
  • Manage incoming calls from all Spanish and German speaking customers;
  • Regularly review and update regional email templates used in the CRM system;
  • Participate in regular hands-on product training to increase product knowledge;
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm about video gaming, the gaming Industry and gaming products would be an advantage but not essential;
  • Good skills and understanding of social media platforms;
  • Ability to co-ordinate and resolve a variety of customer queries;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent Spanish and German is essential;
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support or administration is a preference.
