Our company is looking for a Spanish & German speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first level technical support;
- Manage live Chat requests to the customer’s satisfaction, respond to comments from the social media;
- Manage incoming calls from all Spanish and German speaking customers;
- Regularly review and update regional email templates used in the CRM system;
- Participate in regular hands-on product training to increase product knowledge;
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm about video gaming, the gaming Industry and gaming products would be an advantage but not essential;
- Good skills and understanding of social media platforms;
- Ability to co-ordinate and resolve a variety of customer queries;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent Spanish and German is essential;
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support or administration is a preference.
