Responsibilities:

- To deliver excellent customer service in all aspects of supporting the groups customers over the phone and in writing;
- Partner with various business areas;
- To respond to emails promptly and professionally;
- To continually look for ways to improve performance;
- To work closely with the Team Leader to ensure client expectations are met;
- Resolving customer queries in a timely manner;
- To present our clients in a professional manner at all times, whether in person, by phone or in writing;
- To work flexibly between the hours of 8am and 10pm, Monday – Saturday;
- Deliver extraordinary service to our customers;
- To demonstrate a willingness to learn and have fun at work;
- Taking inbound calls, webchat and online enquiries from German-speaking customers;
- Commit to providing exceptional products, service and experiences for our customers;
- To be well organised, professional and reliable.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience;
- Fluent in a second language;
- Strong MS office skills;
- Excellent attention to detail.
