Our company is looking for a German speaking Customer Service to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver excellent customer service in all aspects of supporting the groups customers over the phone and in writing;

  • To respond to emails promptly and professionally;
  • To continually look for ways to improve performance;
  • To work closely with the Team Leader to ensure client expectations are met;
  • Resolving customer queries in a timely manner;
  • To present our clients in a professional manner at all times, whether in person, by phone or in writing;
  • To work flexibly between the hours of 8am and 10pm, Monday – Saturday;
  • Deliver extraordinary service to our customers;
  • To demonstrate a willingness to learn and have fun at work;
  • Taking inbound calls, webchat and online enquiries from German-speaking customers;
  • Commit to providing exceptional products, service and experiences for our customers;
  • To be well organised, professional and reliable.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience;
  • Fluent in a second language;
  • Strong MS office skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail.
