Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with existing customers;
  • Prospecting for New Business opportunities;
  • Working on their own initiative;
  • Progress leads until the point of ordering;
  • Own the sales cycle through identifying opportunities, provide technical assistance and solutions right up until an order needs to be placed;
  • Growing and maintain existing customer and partner relationships through pro-active sales activity;
  • Prepare contract deliverable reports and keeps up to date with contractual terms and conditions;
  • Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing customers;
  • Support the sales effort and updates the database and communicates changes within the company;
  • An ability to professionally deliver online product demonstrations;
  • Pitching new products or service by contacting existing clients to inform them of new developments in the company’s products;
  • Meeting set targets and working closely with Marketing and Sales by methodically working on and following up on a variety of sales campaigns;
  • Consistently achieving quarterly and annual KPIs;
  • Developing profiles of prospective customers to make our sales approaches count;
  • Acting as a key resource for leading industry volume license offerings.

Requirements:

  • IT Sales industry experience;
  • French; German; Spanish speaking advantageous but none are critical;
  • Commercial background;
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills;
  • B2B sales experience involving complex, relationship-based transactions;
  • Experience within the Telematics industry would be advantageous but not essential;
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years sales experience including New Business Sales;
  • Strong individual with passion for selling and customer service;
  • Combine patience, determination, and persistence to troubleshoot client issues;
  • Consultative sales and prospecting skills with quantifiable support;
  • Presentation, written, verbal, listening and perceptual skills;
  • Team player who is able to work on own initiative;
  • A can-do mentality;
  • Individual who can ‘think’ and ‘do’ – and isn’t precious about getting his/her hands dirty;
  • Professional, positive approach. Thrive in a team environment, be flexible, supportive and work well with others.
