Responsibilities:
- To maintain a work rate and level that falls in line with the company’s objectives;
- Achieve Sales targets in a fast paced environment;
- To respond to all online enquires in the expected time set by the management team;

- To appraise part-exchange vehicles in a professional manner and agree valuation with Sales Manager;

- Follow all company procedures;
- Negotiate with customers to finalise the sale of the vehicle;
- Selling the additional finance products;
- Arranging test-drives and accompanying customers on these tests.
Requirements:
- Ability to up-sell products and features, and be able to negotiate and close a sale;
- Highly motivated and target driven, with a solid and proven sales track record;
- Excellent levels of professionalism and customer service;
- Excellent communication skills, and an outgoing, friendly personality;
- Organisation and the ability to manage numerous tasks at one time is vital;
- Previous Car Sales experience, ideally within a dealer environment;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Negotiation and communication skills;
- Previous track record of target achievement;
- Ability to work to your own initiative with minimal supervision whilst working in a close-knit team;
- Franchise experience is essential;
- Full UK driving licence;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Full driving licence;
