Responsibilities:

  • To maintain a work rate and level that falls in line with the company’s objectives;

  • To appraise part-exchange vehicles in a professional manner and agree valuation with Sales Manager;

  • Follow all company procedures;
  • Negotiate with customers to finalise the sale of the vehicle;
  • Selling the additional finance products;
  • Arranging test-drives and accompanying customers on these tests.

Requirements:

  • Ability to up-sell products and features, and be able to negotiate and close a sale;
  • Highly motivated and target driven, with a solid and proven sales track record;
  • Excellent levels of professionalism and customer service;
  • Excellent communication skills, and an outgoing, friendly personality;
  • Organisation and the ability to manage numerous tasks at one time is vital;
  • Previous Car Sales experience, ideally within a dealer environment;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Negotiation and communication skills;
  • Previous track record of target achievement;
  • Ability to work to your own initiative with minimal supervision whilst working in a close-knit team;
  • Franchise experience is essential;
  • Full UK driving licence;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
