Studio Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Studio Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the highest level of studio presentation and representing the company in client correspondence;
- Tracking and documenting studio expenses;
- Booking and liaising with venues, entertainers;
- Managing records, receipts and preparation of balance sheet;
- Booking meetings;
- Proofreading documents;
- Ad-hoc duties, ensuring the smooth running of the studio;
- Management of Reception and incoming calls;
- Extensive diary management for senior teams, including assisting 3 Directors across travel and client communication;
- Analyse and improve operational process’s;
- You will be highly organised and be operational focussed at harnessing tools; such as agile project management; Prince2 or Kaizen;
- Administrative support to Account teams;
- Administrative duties including petty cash and studio costs;
- You will be use to working alongside the senior stakeholders to manage the department budgets;
- You continuously check business relationships and process improvement methodology.
Requirements:
- Experience liaising with senior stakeholders;
- Agency experience a must;
- Previous experience as a Studio Manager;
- Any experience in Retouching or Video Editing would be preferred;
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload;
- Organised and able to multi-task;
- Proactive and driven;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Design or Production related degree or equivalent experience;
- Preferable to have experience using Quickbooks;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Project management training beneficial but not essential;
- A keen interest in cars would be beneficial;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Ideally previous experience within a creative environment.
