Our company is looking for a Retention Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support various stakeholder in interpreting data and analysing results;
  • Design, maintain and automate data reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders;
  • Focus on the prediction of churn, customer LTV and lifecycle;
  • Focus on customer retention projects, and how to keep the customer engaged.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of churn/propensity to lapse, type models;
  • Campaign and customer analytics background;
  • SAS or SQL, R or Python;
  • Subscriptions/Insurance/FS/telecoms experience – anywhere that has exposed them to customer renewal decisioning.
