Our company is looking for a Junior Surveyor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing executive summaries, cash flows, and comparable data;
- Assisting with the commercial valuation management process;
- Reviewing and analysing valuations;
- Assisting in preparing valuations and collating research.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and analytically minded;
- RICS qualified or working to finalise the APC process;
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Basic understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Finance.
