Responsibilities:
- Technically competent in own discipline and actively maintains own competence according to standards and pursues continuous professional development;
- Adhere to and comply with relevant discipline specific procedures and provide feedback for continuous improvement;

- Participate in audits and incident investigations as required;

- Manage and direct resources efficiently and effectively;
- Management of third party suppliers in the execution of Engineering delivery.
Requirements:
- Expert in the Operations Excellence Framework (OEF);
- Lead audit and incident investigations;
- Competent in people interviewing, selection, communication and management including performance management;
- Monitors compliance with standards and processes to assure operational delivery;
- Able to demonstrate a level of team working skills;
- Provide strong leadership in promoting, demonstrating and being a role model for company core values and ethics policy and the leadership framework;
- HNC/HND or equivalent professional qualification with extensive relevant experience;
- Enthusiastic, conscientious and keen to learn;
- Competent in own particular area of expertise to provide support to the business;
- Demonstrate current knowledge with industry and technology development within area of expertise;
- Competent in forecast planning for people resources;
- Competent in knowledge of regulatory framework and associated legislation;
- Intellectually capable, can substantiate the ability to apply theory in a practical context;
- Flexible with a can-do attitude;
- Competent in implementation and execution of standards and processes to effect delivery of engineering excellence.
