Stock Condition Surveyor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Stock condition information to be collected using specialist software;
- To undertake stock condition surveys on the clients existing housing stock;
- Assist with dealing with queries arising from the surveys and data collected;
- To gain access to properties to inspect them noting the condition of the various building components (roof, windows, kitchens and bathrooms etc).
Requirements:
- RDSAP Energy experience (Essential);
- Knowledge of using hand held devices (Tablet PC);
- Minimum of three years experience of building design, maintenance or stock condition surveying;
- HNC / HND / degree level building or construction qualification, or equivalent through relevant training and experience;
- Hold a full UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle at all times;
- Experience in maintaining records and experience of using databases and spreadsheets, and experience in reporting.
