UX/UI Designer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Creating original design, typography, iconography, and art for digital screens;
- Developing and annotating user flows, journeys, and persona;
- Producing polished UI;
- Functional hands on design;
- The ability to conduct efficient and productive design reviews that maintain a unified vision of the product;
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral;
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions;

- Designing and building brand identity assets;
- Experience in asset management/financial services industry is a plus;

- Art Direct all digital pages via CCAT;
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets;
- Present design ideas to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software;
- Academic qualifications in Art, Design or demonstrable experience in the field;
- Fintech experience with knowledge of financial promotions regulation an advantage;
- Experience in using UX/UI design best practices to design solutions and a good understanding of mobile-first and responsive design;
- Keeping up-to-date with UI trends;
- Experience building data-centric web visualizations with an understanding of the limitations of web architecture design decisions;
- University Graduate;
- 2+ years’ professional experience in a design environment, or in a similar capacity within the games industry;
- Empathy for the end user and a desire to measure your work by both the customer value and technical quality;
- Experience in design systems in favourable;
- Understanding complex UX challenges and suggest improvements using sketches, wireframes and/or prototypes to demo your ideas;
- The ability to create pixel-perfect designs, assets and style guides;
- Experience in user experience design concepts and applications;
- Strong prototyping and wireframing skills;
- Understanding design constraints for desktop and mobile.
