Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a current statement of professional standing (SPS) is held at all times;
  • Managing and maintaining their service proposition to clients;
  • Prepare suitability reports to explain recommendations;
  • Undertake other duties and projects as required;
  • Engaging clients and building relationships;
  • Carry out regular reviews for existing clients;
  • Attain and maintain level of competence as required by the firm;
  • Delivering client-focused, professional financial advice to new and existing clients;
  • Assist clients with the completion of any required paperwork;
  • Delivering formal recommendations;
  • Complete fact finds and gathers all other information required;
  • Develop the business via internal introducers;
  • Research existing arrangements and consider other options to achieve client objectives;
  • Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes;
  • Identifying the most suitable service proposition and making referrals.
