Our company is looking for a Client Services Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling at the right time to suit the client’s needs;
  • Being on-brand;
  • Assisting the managers by sweeping up all potential business and leads, old and new;
  • Referring more business to other departments;
  • Liaising with and assisting existing clients, potential clients and applicants;
  • Gaining market share;
  • Providing additional services to all contacts, seeking out business but not the hard sell;
  • Being proactive not reactive;
  • Targeted mailing;
  • Generate cross-referrals for our other auxiliary services, including capital private finance and country and capital property law;
  • Build credibility with prospective clients by sharing market updates and discussing activity in the housing market both at a local and national level;
  • Keeping other areas of the business in mind when providing additional services to clients, to generate more business;
  • Supporting managers on following up and securing business leads current, old and new;
  • Networking across all UK residential offices;
  • Continue to nurture appraisals into new instructions to sell or let.

Requirements:

  • Life Assurance & Income protection insurance;

  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone manner;
  • Good knowledge of London;
  • Competent IT skills in MS Office; working knowledge of Excel and Outlook essential;
  • Commercially minded and target driven;
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure;
  • Background in sales beneficial is ideal but not essential.
