Our company is looking for a Client Services Manager to join our team.


  • Request and check supporting documentation, highlighting to Ops Manager/Portfolio Manager any issues/concerns;
  • Assist Clients with Facility queries;
  • Check daily invoice/credit note uploads from Clients;
  • 50% travel;
  • Send information to clients that want to expand their knowledge and follow up accordingly;
  • Liaison with technical specialists and departments including Compliance and Back Office teams;
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills;
  • Raising sales invoices;
  • Actively identifying and pursuing initiatives that drive client satisfaction, continuing to keep us best in class by delivering a world class service;
  • Management of client facing employees whose primary role is to provide on-going servicing support to our clients;
  • Escalation point for client queries and concerns;
  • Diary and spreadsheet management using Outlook and Excel;
  • Advising clients on strategic issues relating to service delivery and immigration compliance;
  • Understand the nature of phone calls requests and how best to serve clients;
  • Responsible for overseeing Client Services Executive and their daily tasks.


  • SQL knowledge would also be advantageous;
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
  • Microsoft Excel;
  • Analytical with exceptional attention to details;
  • Good Communicator – to be able to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively;
  • An analytical mindset and methodical approach to working with data sets;
  • Attentive listening – to hear what is being said without it being said;
  • Ability to recognise when you cannot help and move things on;
  • Patience – take time to fully understand the problem and manage expectations of the client;
  • Ability to read clients – looks for clues and keeps interactions positive;
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities;
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and other MS Office programmes;
  • Interest in the online media industry, in particular in Online Display, Search and Ad Networks;
  • Essential:2 years+ experience of client-facing work experience, ideally with media agencies;
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
