Our company is looking for a Clinique – Promotion & Events Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with VM and global for approval on creative and copy;
  • Create and execute marketing programs to support our Flagship store strategy;
  • Lead team in creating all CRM material;
  • Plan and forecast annual sampling (pick and mix) initiatives;
  • Oversee joint management with PR and social of the development and creation of cultural relevance events, and collateral;
  • Oversee sampling management & planning for all key eventing and flagship doors;
  • Lead team in creating social assets for all retailers;
  • Create ASOS trade marketing initiatives;
  • Work closely with Marketing Manager / Director and Global Marketing to develop, innovate and choose GWP program for UK market;
  • Prepare in-depth post-campaign analysis for each retailer and overall results tracker;
  • Explore new opportunities to engage with these flagship consumers;
  • Lead the planning, development and implementation of our Clinique Gift activity across all retailers;
  • Create and lead trade marketing initiatives with our retailer partners and corporate (Smile events, Dept Events, Points Events…);
  • Create reporting documents to track, monitor and optimize activities;
  • Management of gift for key retailers, and oversee implementation for all other retailers.

Requirements:

  • Team Player;
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Must be a self-starter, proactive, flexible and able to handle multitude of projects at one time;
  • Experience in a marketing environment working across trade marketing / promotions and events in an FMCG environment;
  • Very strong communication skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Creative and enjoys working in fast-paced environment;
  • Positive attitude.
