- Manage daily customer applications, while staying on top of your workflow;
- Day to day management of clients’ needs and requirements;
- Daily liaison & negotiation with External Partners & Internal Departments;

- Take ownership of each of your customers journeys;
- Provide a tailored service to each customers Finance and Vehicle needs;
- Ensuring the customer service delivery is of the highest standard to completely satisfy the customer;
- Assisting in customer attraction and marketing methods to help attract new customers;
- Qualify customer to guide their requirements to ensure their purchasing journey is smooth;
- Present benefits and features of vehicles to customer, highlighting specified needs to each customer.
