Our company is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Hitting targets and other customer focussed KPI’s;
- Following up and gaining feedback on monthly new product launches;
- Carrying out external customer visits and promoting internal customer visits;
- Managing calls from a warm database, both inbound and outbound;
- Establishing new clients and retaining current customers;
- Other duties as required;
- Building lasting relationships with clients and rapport building;
- Managing incoming data entry and uploading to bespoke database in line with GDPR;
- Preparing and following up quotations and processing orders for bespoke and standard products;
- Producing leads and handling market research to support sales focused team;
- Actively seeking out new leads to identify potential business and new opportunities;
- Processing all paperwork and dealing with customer queries;
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Ability to build strong customer relationships quickly;
- Problem solving skills and a desire to help;
- Proven ability to deliver to performance and quality targets within an SLA and KPI driven environment;
- Professional telephone manner;
- Ability to understand and relay complex information.
