Our company is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Hitting targets and other customer focussed KPI’s;
  • Following up and gaining feedback on monthly new product launches;
  • Carrying out external customer visits and promoting internal customer visits;
  • Managing calls from a warm database, both inbound and outbound;
  • Establishing new clients and retaining current customers;
  • Other duties as required;
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and rapport building;
  • Managing incoming data entry and uploading to bespoke database in line with GDPR;
  • Preparing and following up quotations and processing orders for bespoke and standard products;
  • Producing leads and handling market research to support sales focused team;
  • Actively seeking out new leads to identify potential business and new opportunities;
  • Processing all paperwork and dealing with customer queries;
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships quickly;
  • Problem solving skills and a desire to help;
  • Proven ability to deliver to performance and quality targets within an SLA and KPI driven environment;
  • Professional telephone manner;
  • Ability to understand and relay complex information.
