Responsibilities:
- Interface between outsourced payroll provider and finance function;
- Conduct all data requests that come into the HR team;
- Monthly corporate KPIs;
- Participate in ad-hoc data-driven projects, such as salary surveys, pay median exercises and annual merit cycles;
- Manages user permissions within the systems;
- Provide ad hoc reports on request plus establish regular reporting structure to support the European business.
Requirements:
- Experienced in working in virtual teams across different locations and time zones;
- Advanced excel skills (Including pivot tables, data manipulation, formulas, macros and v look ups);
- Strong analytical skills;
