Recruitment Specialist

Recruitment specialists , sometimes known as personnel recruiters or ” head hunters ,” find, screen, and interview applicants for job openings in an organization. They search for applicants by posting listings, attending job fairs, and visiting college campuses. They also may test applicants, contact references, and extend job offers.

Our company is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Effective reporting on recruitment;
  • Right people in the right place at the right time to meet the charity’s outcomes;
  • Actively maintain and promote the charity’s Christian ethos and values;
  • A positive candidate journey;
  • Develop a job description library;
  • Rate negotiation;
  • Confidently source via LinkedIn and job boards;
  • Liaise with HR to draw up employment contracts and organise new employee induction days;
  • Keep up to date with new recruitment technology;
  • Complete new starter forms;
  • Liaise with external agencies and build up a preferred supplier list;
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and keep systems up to date;
  • Organising the recruitment process for new staff;
  • Hold meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss each role and the candidate specification.

Requirements:

  • This position requires several years of full life-cycle recruitment experience (CRO/Pharma preferred);
  • Reviewing internal and external candidate databases daily for quality talent;
  • Demonstrate confidentiality, integrity and discretion;
  • An articulate and presentable candidate is essential;
  • Preparing candidates prior to interview on what to expect/required information;
  • Regular communication with candidates in the process and also to our on-hold talent pool;
  • Administration duties including; right to work documentation and verification of qualifications;
  • Adaptable with a flexible approach to work;
  • Strong experience of Social Media recruitment;
  • A confident and professional individual who has fantastic organisational skills;
  • Sourcing candidates by head hunting for all active roles;
  • Must have strong head hunting/direct approach experience;
  • Proven track record of identifying candidates through social network – must have experience of LinkedIn Recruiter License;
  • Knowledge of another European language is an advantage;
  • Experience implementing and using Applicant Tracking Systems is an advantage.
