Our company is looking for a Senior Contracts Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Stake holders management (internal and external);
- Responds and resolves complex issues associated with domestic and international contracts with support from various departments;
- Draft, negotiate, and manage a various kind of contracts including CTAs, confidentiality agreements, sponsorship agreements, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in contracts management working ideally in a pharma or CRO or healthcare sector;
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate scientific or business disciplines;
- Pharma or Biotech experience preferred;
- Must have a working knowledge of the clinical development.
