Our company is looking for a Supply Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely receipt of stock from manufacturers;
  • Tracking of direct POs deliver dates and ensure data is kept up-to-date;
  • Other reasonable requests from manager;
  • Co-ordinate indirect POs within Supply Chain and monitor throughout process;
  • Responsible for 100% service to patients for the entire Indivior business;
  • Creating purchase orders (POs) in SAP;
  • Responsible for reconciling Indivior owned inventory and stock movements;
  • Various report generation activities;
  • Collection of data to enable goods receipt (GR) process for POs;
  • Completing GRs for standard, indirect and subcontracting POs in SAP;
  • Co-ordinate invoice approval process within Supply function;
  • Ensure invoices issues are troubleshooted and resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • An ability to adapt quickly to change;
  • Knowledge of and practice in supply chain;
  • Highly organised and adaptable to change;
  • A university degree or similar qualification;
  • Relevant supply chain experience;
  • Detail orientated;
  • Strong oral, written and listening communication skills;
  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills;
  • Ability to problem solve;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience in ERP systems (preferred SAP experience);
  • Proficiency in Excel (and ideally SAP);
  • Ability to work cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders in different geographical regions;
  • Good numeracy capabilities.
