Responsibilities:
- Interacting with the trainees and consultants, conducting inductions, briefings and employee events;
- Interviewing prospective new trainees;
- Be a first point of contact for employees to answer their queries in a proactive and engaging manner;
- Makes sure the basics are right from record keeping to payroll reporting;
- Facilitate a seamless and happy employee experience from beginning to end;
- Carry out ad hoc duties to support the People Team across the UK.
