Our company is looking for a People Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with the trainees and consultants, conducting inductions, briefings and employee events;
  • Interviewing prospective new trainees;
  • Be a first point of contact for employees to answer their queries in a proactive and engaging manner;
  • Makes sure the basics are right from record keeping to payroll reporting;
  • Facilitate a seamless and happy employee experience from beginning to end;
  • Carry out ad hoc duties to support the People Team across the UK.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a HR environment.
