Data Entry Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Data Entry Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy data entry;
- Add clearer specifications to existing parts;
- Support spares department with parts creation and clear photos/specs of parts;
- Supporting large data quality projects;
- Develop and use consistent part numbering schemes;
- Make descriptions and other static data accurate and searchable;
- Set up accurate parts for internal production;
- Producing reports on campaigns and marketing data;
- Liaise with suppliers to check the supplier part number, costs, descriptions;
- General administration;
- Registering and processing applications;
- Requiring attention to detail;
- Scanning and uploading internal documentation;
- Pulling data from 3rd party sources to upload it in Salesforce;
- Creating reports on their marketing campaigns and putting them into Salesforces email campaigns.
Requirements:
- Interest in marketing;
- Proven experience using Salesforce;
- High attention to detail, accurate and efficient;
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills;
- Keying into the system;
- Good excel and data entry skills;
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (esp Excel and Word) for reviewing data and creating procedures;
- SAP (desired);
- Great eye for detail;
- Capable of communicating well across multiple departments and external suppliers;
- Strong Senior Administative experience;
- Flexible hours available from Monday to Friday (20 hours per week required);
- Post-Secondary education in material/operations management/engineering or equivalent would be highly advantageous;
- Very Articulate;
- Engineering/manufacturing background.
