Our company is looking for a Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing general reception & admin duties, including post;
  • Monitor performance and advise customers on job orders;
  • Booking courier deliveries;
  • Liaising with other departments;
  • Undertake all stages of Administration process; initial notification,system updates and document preparation, to the final processing;
  • Ordering lunches for visitors;
  • Request and issue stationery, equipment, paper and cups ensuring that stock levels are maintained;
  • Process telephone and mailbox orders accurately and in a timely manner;
  • When needed keep customers informed with any changes in the status of their orders;
  • Perform ad hoc project work as required;
  • Book buffet lunches for Staff / Visitors & Control meeting room diary;
  • Placing orders on Salesforce and Quick Quote;
  • Data entry and checking of claims;
  • Issue car park passes;
  • Data entry through Excel/Google Sheets.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience;
  • Data Entry experience;
  • Planning skills;
  • Warm and personable personality;
  • Able to work independently and in a team;
  • Outstanding telephone manner;
  • Quick and adaptable thinker and learner;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages;
  • Proactive approach to change, efficiency and best practise;
  • Proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong communication skills and must be immediately available;
  • Confident using Technology – It’s important you are advanced on Microsoft Office software especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook;
  • Proactivity to drive own workload and identify new tasks;
  • Experience within a buying/purchasing role.
