  • Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry;
  • Training new recruits in the data entry process;

  • Liaising with team members to ensure all details are complete;
  • Store completed documents in designated locations;

  • Verify data and correct data where necessary;
  • Enters the customers requirements onto the system and highlights any error in the order;
  • Checking all measurements for discrepancies and flagging up any errors;

  • Scan documents into document management systems or databases.
