Our company is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain user requests and system changes within the IT Service Management tool;
- Undertake stakeholder management to recommend system solutions and improvements;
- Adhere to and promote business request and change management processes;
- Analyse business processes and information flows in line with business project;
- Undertake unit testing and provide support for full user acceptance testing for system upgrades and fix deployments;
- Review and resolve interface error logs;
- Provide second line support of systems within the Financial Systems teams remit;
- Review and resolve workflow errors;
- Review and refine processes to improve efficiencies as applicable with the relevant process owner;
- Maintain designs of third party documents produced by systems, in line with business requirements;
- Undertake configuration changes in line with business requirements and appropriate approvals.
Requirements:
- Dynamics AX 2009/2012 or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations exposure would be extremely advantageous;
- Accountancy qualification ie; AAT, ACCA, CIMA plus ITIL Certification / PRINCE2 / AMP Training;
- Experience with business process and system modelling tools, as well as interfacing systems;
- Experienced with Financial Systems, including requirements engineering and the use of an IT Service Management tool;
- A personable, approachable character will work well in this environment. Someone who can empathise and provide solutions;
- Previous experience working in a 2nd line support position.
