Our company is looking for a IT Engineer to join our team.

Escalation of IT issues to Senior IT Engineer when needed;
Making Cat 5 network cables;
Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues within business SLAs;
Manage Active Diary;
Patch client networks;
Design and Implement appropriate improvements to support on-going need;
Working with the IT Manager on key IT projects and initiatives;
Ensuring faults are escalated and resolved within the customer contracted Service Level;
Maintain & update IT processes and procedures;
Delivery of a world class customer service experience;
Ensuring continuous availability of core business systems;
End to end Incident Management throughout the Incident lifecycle;
Full system administration and maintenance of Accurro internal systems;
Provide a high level of IT support across the business for any day to day issues (focusing on 3rd line support);
Deputising for the IT Manager as required.

Excellent learner;
Experience in preparing technical solutions options and design documentation;
Complete working knowledge of Windows onwards, Windows Server 2003 onwards and Mac OS X onwards, iOS and Android;
User account and mailbox management across Windows/Office365;
Full understanding of wired and wireless networking, IP addressing (IPv4, IPv6);
Full understanding of VLANs;
Ability to work whilst having client in near proximity and under pressure;
a passion for tech and helping others solve probelms;
Desktop support, folder permissions and workstation backups/updates;
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 account management;
Be prepared to take ownership of the role and must be able to take on ad-hoc assignments relevant to the role;
Basic SQL Knowledge;
An understanding of the TOGAF and ITIL frameworks;
The ability to support with application packaging/management and distribution via SCCM and Intune;
Experience of working on projects including formal tracking and reporting.
