Junior Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Junior Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Helping with events;
- To provide effective and efficient administrative service, including scanning, photocopying and filing, to the team;
- Work closely with other team members to ensure any client receives a prompt and efficient response;
- To act professionally at all times and ensure the ethics and ethos of the company are followed;
- To follow compliance requirements, including Treating Customers Fairly;
- Envelope stuffing for the team;
- Under supervision, issuing documents;
- Ensure all administration and recording is prompt and accurate – maintaining computer and manual records;
- To provide excellent customer service to all clients;
- Communicating with suppliers and logistics;
- Holiday/calendar management;
- Supporting members of the Finance team over peak periods;
- Prepare event debrief documents and prepare meeting agendas;
- Produce creative presentations in line with client brief;
- Issuing contracts, addendums and letters as required.
Requirements:
- Ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload;
- Autonomous working;
- Ability to deal with members of the public in a courteous manner;
- Customer service experience;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Confident and will have good telephone manner;
- Ability to cope under pressure;
- Methodical approach;
- The role holder must have experience taking responsibility for managing their work and working with minimal supervision;
- Proven organisational skills with a keen eye for detail – this is extremely important;
- Previous experience in designing websites desirable, however training will be provided;
- A full clean UK driving licence;
- Experience in data inputting and general management of databases;
- Experience driving operational processes and governance;
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
