Network Data Admin-Lead Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Network Data Admin-Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Update internal Citi operational circuit inventory;
- Directly engage with vendors to request quotes, place orders and gather technical completion details;
- Ensuring TEM inventory is up to date with financial details , circuit details and Cost code allocations;
- Host Kick off calls with carriers, the business and network teams to solidify tech requirements ;
- Responsible for working with ICG businesses to gather requirements for the Drop Copy Project;
- Update overall project tracking for the business with status, timelines and issues;
- Co-ordinate testing with the business when all changes are complete;
- Co-ordinate implementation calls with Citi businesses, Venues and carriers;
- Engage overall network and telecom teams for more complex implementations and assist in implementations;
- Open required Change controls to network and firewall teams and seek approvals.
Requirements:
- Network Data Admin-L3 (Mandatory);
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, ability to use own initiative and take lead to devise creative solutions;
- Customer orientated.
