Part Time Sales Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Part Time Sales Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Non-conformance register;
- Sales order processing support (incl web sales);
- Processing orders within refined SLA’s;
- Scheduling survey requests for internal and external surveyors;
- Liaising with a range of departments within the company to provide good communication;
- Raising and tracking sales orders (including customer purchase orders);
- Data management of sales information using SalesForce system;
- Generating reports, presentations on sales performance and pulling data from the SalesForce system;
- Processing purchase orders;
- Handling petty cash;
- Liaising with customers regarding sales (No Cold calling);
- Responding to customer/supplier emails;
- Creating effective ways of working, including shared calendars;
- Organising overseas shipments of stock;
- Dealing with Supplier invoices/credits.
Requirements:
- Responsive and efficient;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Strong communication skills including good telephone manner;
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills;
- Ability to problem solve;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Able to interpret and create numeric reports;
