Our company is looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Eliciting payrule requirements and Validating, refining and clarifying payroll scenarios;
  • Regular discussions with the agile development team to help clarify requirements during the planning, development and testing phase;
  • Attend meetings to define clients’ compliance and legislative rules around workforce management;
  • Facilitating integrations of HR staffing data into and out of the software platform as required;
  • Construct detailed project plans by meeting with the internal project team and 3rd party suppliers, keeping these plans regularly updated;
  • Manage technical documentation around payments, formats and contents of import and export of data files;
  • Liaise with product and implementation managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience within an applications support position;
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work;
  • Excellent team working, organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Able to work as part of a team;
  • Ability to retain a positive and professional attitude under pressure;
  • Excellent experience with Windows, Office 365, various web browsers and AD;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • MS Office 365 experience;
  • 4-6 years overall experience in a technical role;
  • Able to prioritise workload and act on own initiative;
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines;
  • Experience in working within payments systems – Retail Sector, Public Transport, aviation or Ticketing.
