Responsibilities:
- CV sourcing using company CRM;
- Supporting the Managers and other senior staff with advising clients as needed;
- Expenses administration;
- Candidate sourcing using jobs boards and social media;
- Formatting CV’s;
- Preparing placing, updating and renewing online advertisements;
- Updating candidate information;
- Updating the status of vacancies using database;
- Adhoc duties;
- Database management;
- Timely completion of all administrative activities to support the recruitment process;
- Working week: 9a.m to 5pm Monday to Friday (some flexibility required);
- Timely and efficient completion of all recruitment documentation;
- Assisting consultants with various duties including resourcing for roles and arranging interviews;
- Answer telephones and deal with enquiries appropriately.
Requirements:
- Good telephone manner;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Fast Learner;
- Outgoing and confident personality;
- No experience is required as full training is provided;
- Effective communicator, both written and oral;
- Be able to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships;
- The ability to learn and develop a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks;
- Ability to cope well in a fast paced environment;
- Good organizational skills, dependable and professional;

- IT Literate;
