Our company is looking for a Apprentice Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • CV sourcing using company CRM;
  • Supporting the Managers and other senior staff with advising clients as needed;
  • Expenses administration;
  • Candidate sourcing using jobs boards and social media;
  • Formatting CV’s;
  • Preparing placing, updating and renewing online advertisements;
  • Updating candidate information;
  • Updating the status of vacancies using database;
  • Adhoc duties;
  • Database management;
  • Timely completion of all administrative activities to support the recruitment process;
  • Working week: 9a.m to 5pm Monday to Friday (some flexibility required);
  • Timely and efficient completion of all recruitment documentation;
  • Assisting consultants with various duties including resourcing for roles and arranging interviews;
  • Answer telephones and deal with enquiries appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Good telephone manner;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Fast Learner;
  • Outgoing and confident personality;
  • No experience is required as full training is provided;
  • Effective communicator, both written and oral;
  • Be able to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships;
  • The ability to learn and develop a thorough knowledge of the skills, technology and safety procedures required to carry out the full range of tasks;
  • Ability to cope well in a fast paced environment;
  • Good organizational skills, dependable and professional;
  • Team Player;
  • IT Literate;
  • The ability to understand and interpret work instructions;
  • Relevant experience desirable.
