  • Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils;
  • A teacher must set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils;
  • Promote good progress and outcomes by pupils;
  • Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge;
  • Proven enthusiasm, organisation and flexibility (essential);
  • Geography teaching qualification;
  • Qualified Teacher Status qualification is desired but not essential;
  • Modern, well-oiled Secondary school in Lewisham;
  • Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship (essential);
