Our company is looking for a Carer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Staff Transport provided;
- 28 days (5.6 working weeks) annual leave inclusive of public/bank Holiday;
- We will pay for DBS and staff uniforms;
- Comprehensive induction and on-going training and development;
- Social Activities;
- Meal preparation;
- Respect for client confidentiality and discretion at all times;
- Running errands;
- Light domestic duties;
- Around the home – Preparing drinks and snacks, household chores;
- To adhere to the policies, procedures and guidelines of the Company;
- Assist client to fulfil activities of daily living e.g. working, leisure, shopping and education;
- Shopping;
- Assisting with personal care;
- Medication administration.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK;
- Flexibility;
- NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or be working towards or interested in working towards;
- Happy to travel;
- 6 months’ experience;
- You must have excellent communications skills and the ability to build relationships with those we support and those around them;
- Reliability is of utmost importance as home care clients are dependent on their care team for every day needs;
- Candidates must be passionate about caring and willing to develop their skills further;
- You Must have a minimum of 6 months experience;
- You Must have a current PVG Membership;
- You must be a car owner with a full driving licence;
- QCF Diploma;
- Mileage allowance;
- Profit sharing bonus;
- 07% holiday pay in addition to your hourly rate of pay.
