Our company is looking for a Night Nurse to join our team.

To forge an open and honest culture;
To maintain adequate and safe staff levels within area of agreed budget and planned skill mix;
To work within BMC policy and procedure;
Administering medication;
To inform Nurse Manager of variations within patient care which affect, or may affect, or endanger safe, competent practice;
To ensure regular training in fire, resuscitation, moving and handling, and health and safety;
Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication;
To maintain a safe environment which meets Health and Safety requirements and to report any hazards or potential hazards;
Work to NMC and CQC guidelines and regulations;
Produce individual care plans;
To report to Nurse Manager any complaints relating to professional misconduct or incapacity;
Maintain accurate records;
To be aware of recent research;
Training and development of the staff;
To provide training for Care Assistants.

First and foremost we are looking for a positive and caring nurse who is passionate about working as part of a team to provide quality care;
Any specialist experience of Palliative / Dementia care welcomed;
RGN with current NMC registration. Would consider applicants who required reaccreditation;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Previous experience working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential;
A committed and organised approach;
A nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin number;
Flexible to work shifts.
