Our company is looking for a Personal Care Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency;
- Provide emotional support;
- Cook meals according to the customer’s restrictions;
- Help customer dress, bathe, eat etc;
- Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment;
- Support customers who can’t move on their own;
- Inform physicians or supervisors about uncommon events;
- Help customers with their shopping;
- Ensure customers receive their medication on time.
Requirements:
- Experience with children or family members who need additional support;
- The willingness to make a difference;
- Have a can-do attitude;
- Ideally you will require an education or support qualification;
- Experience within a personal care role or setting, including residential;
