- Ensure the school’s admissions page on the website reflects a first-class customer experience;
- Organise and administer the programme for scholarships and financial aid;
- Meeting weekly KPIs;
- Oversee pupil recruitment and ensure that the school’s recruitment targets are met;
- Responsible for all aspects of the school’s admissions process and pipeline management;
- Managing a team of administrators to ensure that applications are processed in a timely and efficient manner;
- Regularly monitor the feedback generated through parent admissions surveys and responding to individual parent feedback when required;
- Planning the weekly and monthly operations of the team;
- Putting systems and structures in place to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of managing people would be a major advantage;
- A genuine passion for education;
- Strong quantitative and technical abilities;
- Previous experience within the education sector is a must.
