Assistant Planning Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Assistant Planning Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing consultants to an agreed scope of works;
- Development opportunities;
- feasibility and the challenges and opportunities at borough, GLA and national level;
- planning appeals etc;
- Monitor compliance with planning conditions and S106 obligations;
- Assisting Land & Planning team with the planning due diligence necessary to acquire potential;
- Coordinate the preparation of planning submissions, including planning applications, EIAs,
- Produce planning reports for potential development sites, taking into consideration planning;
- Assist with preparing and managing consultant budgets for identified projects.
Requirements:
- Full clean driving license;
- Strong knowledge of UK Planning system;
- 18 month’s to four years experience within a consultancy or developer;
- Chartered or working towards RTPI APC;
- RTPI accredited degree;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
