Our company is looking for a Assistant Planning Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing consultants to an agreed scope of works;
  • Development opportunities;
  • feasibility and the challenges and opportunities at borough, GLA and national level;
  • planning appeals etc;
  • Monitor compliance with planning conditions and S106 obligations;
  • Assisting Land & Planning team with the planning due diligence necessary to acquire potential;
  • Coordinate the preparation of planning submissions, including planning applications, EIAs,
  • Produce planning reports for potential development sites, taking into consideration planning;
  • Assist with preparing and managing consultant budgets for identified projects.

Requirements:

  • Full clean driving license;
  • Strong knowledge of UK Planning system;
  • 18 month’s to four years experience within a consultancy or developer;
  • Chartered or working towards RTPI APC;
  • RTPI accredited degree;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
