Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project team and be responsible for bringing on new resource / headcount as required;
  • Monitor and own all of the project management KPIs and performance metrics;
  • Deliver the Project or projects allocated to you in line with budgetary, compliance, regulatory & planning controls.

Requirements:

  • Strong focus on Fit-out and Refurbishment projects;
  • 2-4 years Post Qualification;
  • MRICS or MAPM.
