Our company is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with regular accounts and building key customer relationships;
  • Advise and consult with customers to define and achieve value add for them;
  • Identify needs, prepare, submit and actively follow up all proposals with objective of closing on all submissions;
  • Attainment of key activity metrics;
  • Working within a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals;
  • Working consultatively with customers to provide innovative, honest and effective solutions to their sourcing challenges;
  • Maintain and update CRM with relevant new contacts, notes and demographics;
  • Taking new enquiries;
  • Consistently driving towards a range of KPI’s;
  • Meet and strive to exceed all targets set by your Project Manager;
  • To cross sell where possible keeping the wider business aims in mind;
  • Accurately maintaining a substantial database;
  • Maintain and develop new and existing customers for the business through a variety of sales techniques;
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities;
  • Extensive telephone sales and developing prospects.

Requirements:

  • Ability to show initiative and work proactively, and a positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Approximately 2 years in sales;
  • Extensive experience of developing and taking forward business leads, cold calling and closing business opportunities;
  • Good IT skills, including experience of: MS Office, WordPress, Salesforce, DropBox, Microsoft Dynamics;
  • Ability to manage social media, organise events and other admin duties;
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets;
  • Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation;
  • Good standard of education;
  • Experience of presenting to clients and senior management;
  • Solid sales experience within a B2B environment;
  • Ability to communicate well with a wide range of people.
