Our company is looking for a Business Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Strong negotiator;
- Meet agreed targets;
- Continue to develop the relationship with clients;

- Identify prospective customers to proactively approach;
- Adhere to the company sales plan outlined by the Sales Director, providing regular reports on performance;
- Reaching annual sales targets;
- Collaborate with the training teams to ensure right learning journey is created and executed on-time and as agreed;
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders;
- Identifying new business opportunities and ways to reach existing clients;
- Understand the requirements of clients, communicate with the marketing team and collate proposals to deliver the business plan;
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations;
- Meeting with warm leads to advice on the possibilities of the program and remove barriers to purchase;
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships;
- Ensure competitive proposals are negotiated with all partners in line with the agreed target.
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record;
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management;
- Demonstrable network that can be monetarised;
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients;
- You are available full-time & live in London (or willing to relocate);
- Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts;
- You’ve hunted down a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Digital Marketing, Communications or something along those lines;
- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose training-based solutions for clients;
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales;
- Between 5-10 years of experience in sales and/or business development;
- You have amazing, near native English skills.
