Our company is looking for a Customer Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Dialling out to customers;
  • Handle incoming queries, via phone and email;
  • Following up on each order;
  • Sending the relevant information to the correct department;
  • Updating CRM system;
  • Project manage each customer;
  • Produce and execute category specific Joint Customer Business Plan;
  • Activate Shopper Marketing activities With Customer Marketing Manager;
  • To issue repair quotations and work with the customer to expedite approvals of quotations to allow the shipment process to commence;
  • To support the cash collection process to maximize our cash flow;
  • Brief the project management teams and manage all the customer interaction in relation to each project;
  • Manage promotional nomination forms and other specific customer administration;
  • Correct measurement of key successes and milestones at all times;
  • There may be additional activities to perform from time to time in order to maximise the contribution to the Company’s goals and objectives;
  • 6 month forecast within designated categories.

Requirements:

  • Customer Management and Selling Essentials;
  • Build rapport quickly;
  • Good understanding of the customers’ needs;
  • First-class Customer Service;
  • The individuals will be passionate about delivering results. Good interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills are preferred;
  • Commercial acumen;
  • Experience of customer management within FMCG desirable;
  • Implementing the Customer / Channel Business Plans;
  • Previous key stakeholder interaction is essential;
  • Category Management;
  • Developing Customer Relationships;
  • Ideally looking for 2 years account management experience;
  • Develops Customer Business Plans;
  • Proven track record in developing sales within an existing customer relationship;
  • Proven history of working within a team environment.
