Responsibilities:
- Manage existing and new accounts on a daily basis;
- Communications is what we do , we practice what we preach and we like speaking to customers;
- Process Sales orders and renewals.
Requirements:
- Have accuracy and attention to detail;
- Previous use of Alarmaster would be advantageous;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- The ability to prioritise and proactively manage your workload, as well as working under pressure;
- Previous Team Leader or Management experience advantageous;
- Team player with a sense of humour;
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Full UK driving licence and be prepared to travel when necessary;
- Previous Security/CCTV/Access Control experience, with a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
