Our company is looking for a Customer Service Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing and new accounts on a daily basis;
  • Communications is what we do , we practice what we preach and we like speaking to customers;
  • Process Sales orders and renewals.

Requirements:

  • Have accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Previous use of Alarmaster would be advantageous;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • The ability to prioritise and proactively manage your workload, as well as working under pressure;
  • Previous Team Leader or Management experience advantageous;
  • Team player with a sense of humour;
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Full UK driving licence and be prepared to travel when necessary;
  • Previous Security/CCTV/Access Control experience, with a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
