Our company is looking for a EMEA Payroll Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for payroll funding in each location and advise/pass this information onto Finance;
  • Payroll Accounting: Reconciliations, journals and the GL;
  • Lead on all pension auto-enrolment including: Liaison with provider, calculations, uploads in-line with the monthly payroll process;
  • Process and communicate all payroll updates and changes with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Look to constantly improve levels of efficiency by putting new processes and procedures in place;
  • Be the subject matter expert on all UK and EMEA payroll matters;
  • Management of external Tax Advisors for the production of P60s, P11Ds and other year-end reporting;
  • Be the subject matter expert for systems implementation for payroll and lead from the front;
  • Be the lead on all UK and EMEA payrolls with constant liaison with local and international payroll providers;
  • Internal liaison with HR, Finance, Benefits, Reward and Senior Stakeholders;
  • Provide relevant and up to date information to the benefits providers;
  • Be the subject matter expert on all UK and EMEA benefits questions and queries.

Requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail;
  • You must be a proven Payroll Manager with relevant EMEA exposure along with strong Benefits experience;
  • Vendor management;
  • Show experience of Change Management and improvement of processes and procedures;
  • Payroll Accounting: Reconciliations, journals and GL;
  • Strong communications skills set internal and external;
  • Strong payroll systems experience along with Excel (V Look Ups and Pivot Tables);
  • Business Partner skill set with Senior Stakeholders and Vendors;
  • Must have management experience and ideally developed teams;
  • Ideally speak German to a business level;
  • Payroll systems ADP;
  • Strong analytical skill set;
  • Must have a wealth of payroll experience and exposure across the UK and EMEA with a focus on Germany;
  • Strong Excel (V Look Ups/Pivot Tables);
  • Strong communication skills internal/external.
